It is our desire at the Antilles Canon Law Society to become a think-tank of things canonical for the service of God’s People in our Caribbean Region. Whether on local issues or things that touch the canonical discipline in the Church Universal, our Canonists have something to share under this rubric or may publish it in our Blog section. Of course each author bears the responsibility of his or her own articles. However we wish to ensure our readers that our articles will always make a distinction between a canonical opinion on a subject or other and a canonical teaching, that is, how law of the Church speaks to a particular issue. It is our hope that this rubric will see many scholarly articles from the Canonists who work in our Region or are associated to our Regions. The adventure begins…
